Two proficiency tests are offered in the
discipline of drug chemistry. Each test is issued once per
year and allows nine weeks (shipment to Data Due Date) for
analysis.
Drug Analysis Proficiency Tests:
501, 502
Qualitative analysis of two suspected controlled
substance/drug samples. One sample may include a non-drug
item.
Important Information for Participants
in Drug Tests 501, 502:
U.S. Participants: Laboratories
must provide a DEA registration number; your enrollment cannot
be processed without that number.
Non-U.S. Participants: Laboratories
will be notified via fax of the actual drug, quantity to be
shipped, and the deadline for receiving the appropriate paperwork.
Therefore, you must provide CTS with a reliable and secure
fax number of a contact within your laboratory who will NOT
be doing the testing. CTS will then request 1) an original
import permit, if required by your country, and 2) an original
signed statement from the laboratory indicating that the drug
samples will not be re-exported from the country of destination.
CTS cannot ship your Drug Analysis order without receiving
both of these items.

This is not an online submission of your
data; these forms must be printed and then mailed or faxed
to CTS (e-mailed data sheets will not be accepted).
