Sample Reports & Report Guides

These exemplar reports and guides to interpreting the reports are provided to give participants a more full understanding of the reports published by CTS and assist in interpretation of the analysis techniques used.  Participants are also encouraged to contact CTS to discuss any portion of the reports or analysis techniques.  A CTS staff member will gladly assist in the interpretation of your results.

CTS' Web-based reports and Report Guides are published in portable document format (.pdf). Please use Adobe Acrobat Reader to view our web-based reports. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, you can obtain a free copy from www.adobe.com. Follow the instructions provided by Adobe for the installation of the Acrobat Reader. After installation, chose the desired report and the report will open in a reader window or in your browser window.
