Website Updates and Improvements

As our proficiency testing programs continue to grow to accommodate and anticipate the changing needs of our customers, we are excited to launch a new and improved website so that all visitors, including current and prospective participants, have easier access to important test information!

Our new website was carefully planned and designed as a collaborative effort between all of our departments to ensure that users have a seamless experience—in line with the testing processes we offer—including the following changes.

• We are introducing an easily-filtered Summary Report library, allowing you to search and access reports by year and program.

• Program-specific pages now contain test shipment and release schedules by year where applicable, allowing you to plan your enrollment in advance, with program-specific purchasing enabled on each page.

• Our policies are now accessible on their own page for simple navigation and reference.

• We now have a blog, which will update with new test information, conference recaps, and more.

We hope that these updates not only reflect our ongoing commitment to evolving with the communities we serve, but to providing you with an optimized quality assurance solution that saves you time and valuable resources.
