Established in 1971, the CTS Paper Program is the first and largest interlaboratory program of its kind. Developed with guidance from the Technical Association of the Pulp and Paper Industry (TAPPI), the program provides convenient, cost-effective testing that helps participants prevent costly production issues and protect their bottom line.
